Origin: Small landholders across Gashoho commune, Kirundo, Burundi
Gashoho comes from Northern Burundi, where we’ve had some of our favorite coffees from the country. This particular lot is big, bodied, and full of stone fruit flavors – it makes a stunning single origin espresso, especially with shorter milk drinks like cappuccinos.
