Colombia Arboleda

$19.25$74.49

This microlot comes from 18 small farms in the Arboleda, Narino district. Extensive quality sorting went into this selection: coffee was sorted for ripe cherry, processed twice in the Kenyan wet-fermentation style, and then further sorted for size and density. The result is a bright, sweet, and incredibly aromatic coffee, full of tropical fruit notes and a slight dusky blueberry finish. This coffee is great for a cafe batch brew, home pourover, and even a single origin espresso with up to 6oz of milk. A great example of why Narino is one of our favorite coffee producing regions!

Very tasty as a V60 pourover, strawberry juice and a light herbal tea flavor are apparent.
