Origin: Small landholders across Dolores municipality, Tolima, Colombia
Dolores comes from Tolima, a state in Colombia that produces coffees that we’ve found have been especially sweet, bodied, and toffee-toned. This particular Fair Trade and Organic-certified is farmed by members of the local Asoagroambiente Cooperative and processed at the central San Isidro estate. We find flavors of jammy red berry and a fudge-y creamy foundation. It makes a deliciously sweet and impactful single origin espresso, especially with shorter milk drinks like cappuccinos.
