While we usually source coffees from this country and region for their deep sweetness and accessibility, this fully washed and wet fermented selection has an especially bright tropical acidity we can’t get enough of. We taste notes of caramelized pineapple, lightly tart passionfruit, and lemon candy in a cup best brewed as drip or a longer, specialty style espresso.
