Adame Gorbota’s coffee is fruit-forward and reminds us of sweet peach tea with lemon syrup. This is an especially accessible Ethiopian selection, and is perfect for batch brew or served as espresso with milk. Try it in a macchiato!

Origin: Adame Garbota Cooperative, Wenago district, Yirgacheffe, SNNPR, Ethiopia

A fruit-forward, complex coffee from Yirgacheffe is welcome in our cup anytime of year. In early-Winter there are certain coffees that, counter-intuitively, taste a little better with some extra time off their harvest. This lot is a great example: vibrant, articulate, and sweet. We taste nectarine, sweet citrus, and milk chocolate.
