A fruit-forward, complex coffee from Yirgacheffe is welcome in our cup anytime of year. In early-Winter there are certain coffees that, counter-intuitively, taste a little better with some extra time off their harvest. This lot is a great example: vibrant, articulate, and sweet. We taste nectarine, sweet citrus, and milk chocolate.
