Juicy notes of red fruits like strawberry, watermelon, and cherry come together with sweet citrus over a milk chocolate base. We enjoy this coffee as a batch brew, specialty style long espresso shot, and especially with 2 – 4 ounces of steamed milk.

In the late Spring and early Summer of every year we taste fresh crop Ethiopian coffees, looking for something special to kick off our offerings for the year. From what we’ve tasted so far this year coffees from Kochere (and microregions of Guji) have really stood out: vibrant and sweet with articulate flavors. This early offering from Yirgacheffe’s Kochere region comes from about 600 farmers local to Debo washing station and displays juicy red fruit and citrus notes over a milk chocolate base.
