A shining example of what we look for in a Latin American specialty grade coffee: a “complete” profile with standout sweetness, full body, round acidity, and a little something special in the cup. This rare honey processed coffee from mountainous Santa Rosa is so tasty and easy to drink. We taste a delicious grape juice acidity, with notes of dried berries in the cup and aromatics, and a finish of lightly fruity milk chocolate. Great with or without milk, we’ve been enjoying this through every brewer we’ve tried: from espresso to filter drip coffee.

Very tasty as a V60 pourover, strawberry juice and a light herbal tea flavor are apparent.
