Santa Rosa is everything we want in a daily drinking coffee – round acidity, a balanced flavor expression, with a little something special. We love the complex fruit flavor in this coffee, finding notes from strawberry to nectarine. We recommend this coffee as batch brew, single origin espresso, or dial in a single cup brew to find some extra nuance.

Origin: 28 small farms across Santa Rosa department, Jalapa, Jutiapa, Guatemala

We love finding coffees that are a perfect expression of what happens when a country’s traditional terroir meets modern processing techniques. Santa Rosa is a rare dry processed coffee (the seed is dried in the ripe cherry after harvest) from Guatemala, and exceptional care has been taken to present a rich, clean flavor profile. Expect complex, round flavors of berries, stone fruit, and chocolate.
