This single variety lot from Las Brumas checks everything off the list, reminding us of strawberry jam and fresh cream laced with caramel.
The Paguaga family has run Finca Las Brumas for decades, and recently won several awards and placements in Nicaragua’s Cup of Excellence for their coffee. Their specialty separation lots are processed using modern controls like eco-pulping and hand-sorting for ripe cherry. This honey-processed lot is crystal clean and sweet!
