$18.50 – $73.25
San Ignacio is a microregion of highland Peru that produces some of our favorite coffees.
This coffee is delicious and accessible, with notes of jammy blackberry, a crisp apple-like acidity, and a body that reminds us of chocolate-covered raisins. It brews deliciously through a number of methods, but we’re really liking this served via batch brewer at our cafe, as well as a dialed-in filter cup brew.

Very tasty as a V60 pourover, strawberry juice and a light herbal tea flavor are apparent.
