What is this?
The short version: We source specialty coffees, rare premium teas, & their related brewing equipment, roast coffees to order, & deliver to you through this website. To learn a little more about who we are, check out the long version here.

Walk me through it?
Order here on this site, & we’ll roast your coffee on the next roast day after receiving that order. Coffees will then be held for quality control testing at-least 12-hours after roast to ensure proper roasting. We will replace the coffee at our cost at this instance alone if it does not hold up to our standards. Upon shipping, we will mail you tracking info, and from that point on we have the same exact information on where your coffee is.

Do you have a brick & mortar store?
We’re excited to open our first store in the Hollywood Hills area of Los Angeles in June 2019!

What do you have for sale?
Our current list of seasonal products can be found here on this site. We switch out the coffees and teas we offer based on seasonal availability, & since we only buy the best of each lot, we do sell out.

Do I have to commit to a subscription?
No, feel free to give us a try, one roasted-to-order bag at a time. Although, there are certain benefits to subscribing…

What kind of benefits?
Special subscription customer-only beans you can’t get anywhere else, & more!

How do you ship?
Most domestic shipping is handled through the US Postal Service. Select packages may be upgraded to UPS or FedEx at our discretion in order to save you on shipping or time.

What kind of payment do you accept?
All forms of major credit cards, & PayPal. Don’t worry – you’ll never be charged without being told first.

How can I brew your coffee?
It’s easy! We sell equipment here, or you can pick up something from one of your finer coffee establishments. We don’t recommend using your old-school electric coffee burner, since it doesn’t do a good job in general, but it’ll get the job done in a pinch.
